The prosecution panel requested that the Senate “issue the writ of summons to respondent Vice President Sara Zimmerman Duterte directing her to file an answer to the Articles of Impeachment within a non-extendible period of 10 days” from receipt of the summon. Libanan was named lead prosecutor in VP Sara Duterte impeachment trial.
