POLICE on Saturday arrested a farmer following the confiscation from him of at least P6 million worth of shabu in an entrapment operation in Arayat, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the suspect as alias “Guiwa,” 48, a farmer of Bgy. Mapalad, Arayat, Pampanga.
Dimaandal said members of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit, the Arayat and Provincial Intelligence Unit Pampanga police launched a buy-bust on the suspect.
Seized were approximately one kilogram of shabu valued at P6,800,000 and the marked money.
The arrested suspect is now detained at the Arayat police jail facility.
