ANTI-ILLEGAL drugs operatives on Wednesday arrested a couple and seized over P5-million worth of shabu in an entrapment operation in Bamban, Tarlac.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Tarlac police said nabbed were alias “Roger,” 42; and alias “Queen,” 40, both of Poblacion, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
Agents of the Intelligence/Station Drug Enforcement Unit of the Bamban police conducted the buy-bust operation on the suspects at Sitio Mano, Bgy. Anupul, Bamban, Tarlac.

Confiscated were nine pieces of ice plastic knot-tied and a plastic sachet containing shabu weighing 859 grams valued at P5,888,120; a weighing scale; a cellular phone; a black pouch; a black Mitsubishi pick-up with plate number ZNN 175; the marked and boodle money; and assorted identification cards.
The arrested couple are now detained at the Bamban Police Station jail facility facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
