POLICE tracker teams in different barangays arrested eight persons accused of qualified theft in Apalit, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the suspects as alias “Rose,” 41, of Bgy. Palimbang, Calumpit, Bulacan; alias “Irene,” 23, of Highview Hills, Bgy. Sampaloc, Apalit, Pampanga; alias “Analyn,” 25, of Bgy. Telacsan, Macabebe, Pampanga; alias “Angel,” 21, of Paligui, Apalit, Pampanga; alias “Tina,” 23, Bgy. Colgante, Apalit, Pampanga; alias “Lei,” 25, of Bgy. Telacsan, Macabebe, Pampanga; alias “Juan,” 22, of Bgy. Cansinala, Apalit, Pampanga; alias “Jose,” 39, of Bgy. Palimbang, Calumpit, Bulacan; and alias “Mico,” 31, of Bgy. Sampaloc, Apalit, Pampanga.
The Apalit police led by its chief Lt. Col. German A. Pascua arrested the suspects based on a warrant issued by the RTC Third Judicial Region Branch 55 of Macabebe, Pampanga for qualified theft,with a recommended bail of P40,000 each.
The operation was a result of the dedication and tireless efforts of the Apalit police in locating and tracking the suspects in different barangays.
All arrested suspects are now under the custody of the Apalit police.
