CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr. on Thursday met with top senior police non-commissioned officers (PNCOs) of the region and thanked them for their hardwork, loyalty and leadership.
Peñones, in a fellowship dinner held at the Bale Katimawan, Pampanga PPO, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, lauded the senior PNCOs for their unwavering commitment, discipline, and leadership in their respective units.
“You are the backbone of our organization. Your hardwork, loyalty, and leadership inspire younger officers and keep our operations running efficiently. This fellowship is a reminder that in the PNP, leadership is not defined by rank alone, but by dedication to service and unity,” he said.
The gathering highlighted the second leadership pillar of PNP chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III — Unity and Morale Within the Ranks — which focuses on strengthening teamwork and mutual respect within the police force.
The event also gave PNCOs the chance to share their thoughts and concerns on how to help strengthen camaraderie and teamwork among PRO3 personnel.
It boosted the morale and solidarity within the ranks in recognizing that the strength of the police force lies not only in its systems and strategies but also in the people who serve with heart and discipline.
