A MAN suspected to be a victim of summary execution on Friday was found on the road in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
Police are conducting a follow-up investigation to identify the victim.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr., the Norzagaray police said the man was wearing a boxer shorts when found.
A blue shirt partially covered the victim’s face and his hands were tied using a nylon rope.
Initial probe showed a concerned citizen found the body of the victim on the road at Sitio Lingunan in Bgy. Partida, Norzagaray town.
The concerned citizen immediately informed the police.
Responding lawmen cordoned off the area and are reviewing the CCTV for possible identification and arrest of the suspects.
