APALIT, Pampanga — Operatives of the Apalit Police Station and the the Tumauini police arrested a 22-year-old man listed as a top most wanted person in Tumauini, Isabela.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Penones Jr., Apalit police chief Lt. Col. German A. Pascua identified the suspect as alias “Ian,” a top 7 most wanted felon of the PRO3.
Alias “Ian,” a resident of Bgy. Cansinala, Apalit, Pampanga, was nabbed based on a warrant for rape issued on October 9, 2025 by the Regional Trial Court Branch 55, Macabebe, Pampanga, with no bail recommended.
Apalit police Lt. Col. Pascua led the operation following verified intelligence information that identified the accused’s hideout.
Together with the Tumauini police in Isabela, Cagayan authorities were able to pinpoint the exact location of the suspect, resulting in his immediate arrest.
The accused will be temporarily detained at the Apalit police for documentation and proper disposition.
