CAPAS, Tarlac — Two men having drinks on Tuesday night were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Capas, Tarlac.
A report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez identified the victims as Nardo, 27, a resident of Sitio Sawali, and Mark, 25, both of Bgy. Cristo Rey.
The victims were drinking outside a house when the suspects arrived and suddenly opened fire at them.
A sister of the victim told probers that she was inside their house when she heard a series of gunshots. When she went outside to check, she found one of the victim’s lying in front of their gate while the other was found sprawled in front of their neighbor’s house
Residents immediately called the police.
Both victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds and died on the spot.
Police have yet to identify the assailants and determine the motive behind the gun attack.
