CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Operatives of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) accounted for all 10 Regional Most Wanted Persons (RMWPs) for October in Central Luzon in just four days.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jess B. Mendez credited the accomplishment to sustained intelligence-driven operations, close coordination among police units and continuous monitoring of wanted persons across the region.
Mendez said the arrested suspects were facing serious criminal charges, including murder, statutory rape and rape.
The latest accomplishment marks the seventh month this year that PRO3 has completed its Top 10 RMWP list, following similar feats in March, April, June, July, August and September.
It also extends to five consecutive months — from June through October — PRO3’s record of accounting for all 10 regional most wanted persons.
“Accounting for all our Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Persons within the first four days of October shows what our personnel can accomplish through intelligence, coordination, and determined police work,” Mendez said.
The official said the police campaign would continue despite the completion of the Top 10 list.
The regional police chief urged the public to provide information that could help authorities locate fugitives and other wanted persons.
People were reminded to use Unified 911 for emergencies requiring immediate police assistance.
