FOUR people, including three children, on Sunday died in an explosion in Bgy. Sinamar, Roxas, Isabela.
The victims were identified as Mark, Yohan and Emmanuel, who were all minors.
The name of the elderly victim is being verified.
An investigation showed that prior to the blast, the children were seen walking together.
Later, they were noticed playing an object they found in a canal, which suddenly exploded.
Witnesses said the senior citizen was about to go to church when the explosion happened.
Investigation is ongoing.
Authorities reminded the public, particularly children, never to approach and touch suspicious objects that may be explosive or cause them harm.
