POLICE arrested a man tagged as the top most wanted person in Apalit, Pampanga.
In a report to Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal, Apalit police chief Lt. Col. German A. Pascua identified the suspect as alias “Ley,” 57, a vendor residing in Bgy. Colgante, Apalit.
“Ley” was caught based on a warrant issued by Branch 55 of the Regional Trial Court in Macabebe, Pampanga, for qualified rape.
The arrested suspect is now in the custody of the Apalit police.
