The mayor also mentioned other accomplishments such as the Binan City Science and Technology solar energy facility, and the acquisition of lands for the planned Biñan City government hub.
Dimaguila also reported that he signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Batangas Medical Center, making it the 4th hospital for the Health Assistance Program for Indigent Families (HAPI) HAPI Card accreditation of the Biñanenses.
The other three are the Biñan Doctors, Perpetual Help Hospital and Ospital ng Biñan.
“Ang atin pong HAPI Card ay maaari na ring magamit sa Batangas,” Vice Mayor Alonte announced.
