CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Ten drug suspects, including a “high-value individual” (HVI), were arrested by the police in separate operations from February 12 to 13 in Bulacan and Pampanga.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. said the operations also resulted in the confiscation of at least P788,800 worth of shabu.
On February 13, members of the Magalang police conducted an entrapment in Bgy. Sta. Cruz, resulting in the arrest of one HVI, who yielded 56 grams of shabu valued at P380,800.
In Limay, Bataan, authorities apprehended nine individuals involved in illegal drug activities.
The operation in Bgy. Kitang led to the seizure of 60 grams of shabu worth P408,000.
Among those arrested were five men and four women, who will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Hidalgo commended the dedication and professionalism by the operating troops.
