AMERICAN NATIONAL FOUND DEAD IN ANGELES APARTMENT

AN elderly American national on Sunday was found dead inside his apartment in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the fatality was American Ray Richard Fleming, 62, of Sta. Maria 1, Balibago, Angeles City.

Police were told that Fleming’s friend, Thomas David Moche, 76,  asked landlady Maxima Quirante, 66, if they could check on the victim’s apartment since the victim was not answering his phone calls.

Upon entering the apartment, they saw the lifeless and  naked body of  Fleming inside the comfort room.

The friend immediately sought police’ help.

Based on the initial assessment of the Scene of the Crime Office (SOCO) team led by Capt. Richard Frias, there were no signs of foul play in the death of Fleming.

An autopsy examination was requested to determine the cause of death of the American national.
