OPERATIVES on Thursday arrested a notorious drug peddler following a buy-bust operation in Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the suspect as Alvin Cortez, a 47-year-old online seller, of Purok 2, Bgy. Calantas, Floridablanca, Pampanga.
Seized from Cortez were around 75 grams of suspected shabu worth P510,000.
The anti-illegal drug operation was conducted by the MDEU, in coordination with the PDEA 3.
The arrested suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
