FIVE men armed with a gun on Wednesday struck the house of a businessman in Balagtas, Bulacan.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Bulacan police identified the victim as Esmeraldo Magbitang Jr., a 40-year-old trader residing in Bgy. Borol 2nd, Balagtas, Bulacan.
Magbitang told police that at least five men entered his compound asking for financial assistance.
The suspects then pulled out their guns and declared a holdup.
The robbers went inside the house then took cellphones, bags, gadgets and still undetermined cash before fleeing in a Toyota Avanza with plate no. NBY4429.
An investigation is ongoing.
