HIDALGO FILES COC FOR MAYOR OF CUYAPO, NUEVA ECIJA

RETIRED  Police  Maj. Gen. Jose S. Hidalgo Jr. files  his certificate of candidacy (COC) for mayor of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, representing “Team Batang Cuyapo.” His campaign slogan emphasizes that the victory belongs to the citizens of Cuyapo.  The former Central Luzon top cop’s platform of governance has an acronym derived from his surname HIDALGO which stands for  Health care services and outreach program; Infrastructure and environment protection; Discipline and edu­cation, Agriculture and tourism; Labor and employment; Governmental reforms and IT development, and Open business opportunities and livelihood.
