A TRICYCLE and motorcycle collision in Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija on Saturday left three young siblings dead.
Police identified the fatalities as Marcus Kellex Santillan, 10; and his sisters Kayelle Alexa, 6; and Mikyla Tessa, 2, of Bgy. Kalikid Sur, Cabanatuan City.
Their father, Michael, is being treated at a hospital due to severe head injuries.
Another sibling, Liway, was unscathed after her Kuya Marcos Kellex protected her from the accident.
The road mishap occurred on Cabanatuan-Fort Magsaysay Road in Bgy. Mapalad at around 11 p.m. on Saturday.
The victims were traveling on a tricycle driven by their father when they met the accident
The tricycle and the motorcycle were both going left in an intersection when the collision occurred.
Due to the impact, the three kids were thrown off the trike and died on the spot.
The father and his children were on their way home from a 40-day memorial service of a relative when the incident happened.
The family is appealing for help to sustain the medical needs and expenses of the injured father.
