POLICE on Sunday arrested a man for stabbing a man and a woman in Bgy. Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Angeles City police acting director Col. Joselito Villarosa Jr. reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo that Bgy. Cutcut ex-o Pablo Tapang and barangay peace-keeping action team (BPAT) member Archie Dizon were informed of the stabbing incident.
Village officers immediately responded to the area and found the lifeless bodies of the victims, with stab wounds, lying on Liwayway St..
The barangay officials arrested the 34-year-old suspect.
Witnesses told police that prior to the stabbing, the victims and the suspect engaged in a heated argument.
The suspect, armed with a kitchen knife, attacked the victims, killing them on the spot.
Two counts of homicide charges are being readied for filing in court against the suspect.
