OPERATIVES of the National Bureau of Investigation – Dangerous Drugs Division (NBI-DDD) arrested a Chinese national for alleged illegal practice of medicine in Parañaque City.

The NBI agents asked Zhou who was the owner of the clinic and if he has license to practice medicine but the Chinese national failed to present any, resulting to his arrest.
