A 71-YEAR-OLD American national on Saturday was found lifeless inside his apartment in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Angeles City police acting director Col. Joselito Villarosa Jr. reported to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo that the fatality was Percy Gerard Gutierrez, an American national residing on Convair St. in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.
A female neighbor of the foreigner called the police to check on Gutierrez.
The police, along with a foreigner friend of the American, went inside the apartment and found him lying in the living room.
Also found in the house were lantus insulin, a pen, and assorted medicine.
Police said there were no signs of struggle or violence in the house.
