OPERATIVES on Tuesday arrested the no. 6 most wanted drug suspect in Apalit, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr., Apalit police chief Lt. Col. German Pascua II identified the suspect as alias “Atong,” 43, a construction worker residing in Bgy. Sucad, Apalit, Pampanga.
Members of the Apalit police, together with the Provincial Intelligence Team Pampanga, and the Regional Intelligence Unit 3, tracked down the suspect in his hiding place.
The arrest was based on a warrant for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The warrant of arrest was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 55 of Macabebe, Pampanga dated May 22, 2025.
The arrested suspect is now detained at the Apalit Police Station jail cell.
