AN elevator core wall at a construction site in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City on Monday morning collapsed leaving one construction worker dead and three others wounded.
Police said the fatality was a 39-year-old laborer.
Three other fellow workers are being treated at the hospital.
Initial investigation showed the workers were installing rebars when the elevator core wall suddenly collapsed at around 11:10 a.m. Monday.
The wall hit the four victims working in the site’s Basement 2.
They were rushed to St. Luke’s Medical Center for treatment.
One of the workers died while undergoing treatment.
