EXECUTIVE Secretary Ralph Recto on Wednesday inspected the expanding operations at the Clark International Airport in Pampanga.
Recto checked on the development at the airport, including its new terminal building, enhanced OFW lounge, and the newly-completed 18-storey air traffic control tower, which is the tallest in the Philippines.
Along with the Executive Secretary during the visit were Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon, Pampanga Gov. Lilia Pineda, and Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) president Joshua Bingcang.
The group were welcomed by Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD ) Corp. president Noel F. Manankil.
