A WOMAN on Monday was found dead, with 25 stab wounds, in a grassy portion in Las Piñas.
The name of the victim is being verified.
Investigation showed a security guard who was conducting a roving patrol heard a woman shouting for help.
The security guard checked and found a bloodied woman on a grassy part of Gatchalian Road in Bgy. Manuyo Dos. He immediately reported what he saw to the police.
In a follow-up operation, police arrested the suspect who happened to be the victim’s husband.
Police are eyeing crime of passion as motive for the killing.
