RYAN CAYABYAB GRACES BIÑAN CITY CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS INAUGURATION. Musician and composer Maestro Ryan Cayabyab (center) graces the inauguration of the Biñan City Center For Performing Arts Sentro ng Patanghal na Sining ng Biñan), the state-of-the-art performing arts center in Biñan, with 500-seater theater, 50-seater film viewing room and rehearsal-exhibition spaces, at the historic Alberto Mansion in Biñan City, Laguna on Sunday. The launching coincided with Biñan’s celebration of its 15th Cityhood Anniversary (February 2), 80th Liberation Day (February 3), and 278th Founding Commemoration (February 4). The center for performing arts is just one of the many impressive projects initiated in the city by Biñan Mayor Arman Dimaguila (2nd right) that promises to uphold and promote the very best of Philippine arts, talents and culture.
