CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3’s (PRO3s) intensified manhunt efforts against violators of the law have sent to jail five individuals listed as most wanted persons in Central Luzon.
Nueva Ecija police director Col. Heryl Bruno said joint elements of the Talavera police, Cabanatuan City police, 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, and 303rd Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 arrested alias “Herald,” the no. 5 most wanted in the province.
“Herald” was nabbed in Bgy. San Josef Sur, Cabanatuan City for statutory rape, with no bail recommended.
In Bgy. Saysain, Bagac, Bataan, operatives of the Bagac police, CIDG RFU Bataan, 302nd MC RMFB3, Bataan 2nd PMFC and PIDMU Bataan arrested alias “Jay,” the province’ no.9 most wanted for two counts of acts of lasciviousness.
Operatives of the Cabanatuan City police NEPPO, PIT-NE, and RIU3 apprehended in Bgy. Bakod Bayan, Cabanatuan City alias “John,” the region’s no. 5 most wanted for statutory rape and violation of Republic Act 7610.
In Bataan, alias “Navs,” the province’s top 4 most wanted felon, was arrested by the Balanga City police in Bgy. Sibacan, Balanga City for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165, with no bail recommended.
Meanwhile, in Pampanga, alias “Sam,” ranked as the no. 8 most wanted in the province, was arrested by the Minalin police in Bgy. Sto. Domingo for qualified theft.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Ponce Rogelio Peñones Jr. commended the operating units and emphasized the sustained efforts of the police in flushing out fugitives in the region.
“These arrests serve as proof of our unwavering commitment to ensure that justice is served and that those who violate the law will be made accountable,” the Central Luzon top cop said.
